Prof. C. Swaminathan with a first class academic career, had his bachelors and Masters in Agriculture from the reputed Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. He is one among the top ten in the country to receive Doctorate in Forestry from Forest College and Research Institute, TNAU as early as in 1996. He has been serving TNAU in various capacities at different colleges and Research Stations since 1988. Presently, he is holding the position of Professor and Head, Department of Agronomy, Agricultural College & Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Madurai, Tamil Nadu .
Dr. M.R. Nandhakumar, Senior Research Fellow (Agronomy) is working in Department of Crop Physiology, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He has obtained M.Sc. (Ag.) and Ph.D with specialization in Agronomy from TNAU, Coimbatore. He has received best oral and poster presentation awards in national level conferences. He has published 9 research papers and 3 popular articles.
