About the Author/Editor

Dr. Arvind P. Rathod is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics, College of Agriculture at Navsari Agricultural University, Gujarat. Earlier, Dr. Rathod worked in ICICI Prudential Life insurance as a Financial Services Manager. He has also worked in the capacity of Assistant Professor in B.M. College of Business Administration, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat (Gujarat). In the same institute he also served as In-charge Principal. He has published five research papers in national and international journals of repute.
